Milk & Honey
for women in business
Milk & Honey comes from God’s promise of a land people could actually live in, manage, and sustain (Exodus 3:8). It wasn’t just somewhere to arrive, it was somewhere you had to steward well.
In the Bible, milk and honey are signs that the land is healthy. Not rushed. Not forced. Healthy enough to keep producing without exhausting the people living in it. That’s why this matters for women in business.
Most women don’t struggle with ability or discipline. We know how to show up, deliver, and make things work. But decisions are often made under pressure, timelines, expectations, financial responsibility, the fear of slowing down or falling behind.
Over time, even work that started with God can begin to feel heavy when it’s being sustained by effort instead of dependence.
Milk & Honey is a pause to check that.
It’s about returning to Christ as the source before expanding further — before setting the next set of goals, making the next big decision, or carrying more responsibility. It’s about making sure growth is coming from what God has said, not from urgency, comparison, or fear of loss.
ROOTED is the focus of the year — staying connected to the right source.
Milk & Honey is what flows when that connection is real.
Not growth that drains you.
But fruit that you can actually carry.

Why Milk & Honey?
In Scripture, milk and honey describe more than abundance. They describe a land that can sustain life without exhausting it.
When God speaks of “a land flowing with milk and honey” (Exodus 3:8), He is not promising ease or excess. He is describing a place where provision flows because the source is healthy.
Milk requires care, nourishment, and time.
Honey requires growth, patience, and seasons.
Neither can be forced. Both are the result of right conditions. This matters deeply for women in business and leadership.
Many women know how to produce results under pressure. We know how to carry responsibility, move quickly, and build through strain. But Scripture is clear: fruit that lasts does not come from striving, it comes from being rightly rooted.
Milk & Honey is about returning to Christ as the source before expanding further.
It is about ensuring that growth flows from alignment, not urgency.
ROOTED is the foundation for the year.
Milk & Honey is the evidence of that foundation bearing fruit.
Not success that drains you.
But provision that supports life.

What can I expect
to gain?
Milk & Honey is a prayer-centred virtual gathering created for women in business and leadership who want to make decisions from clarity, not pressure.
This is not a motivational talk or a productivity session. It’s a space to slow down, return to Christ as the source, and realign before moving forward with new goals, plans, and responsibilities.
During the session, you can expect:
-
worship that recentres God as the source of direction and growth
-
corporate prophetic ministry and prayer
-
guidance on how to pray what God has already promised over your business and leadership decisions
-
space to step back from urgency, fear, and comparison
-
clarity to set goals that are faith-led, not pressure-driven
Milk & Honey is designed for women who are already building and leading and who want to ensure that what they grow is sustainable, well-stewarded, and rooted in God.
This is a space to pause, listen, and realign so what you move toward next is carried with clarity and peace.
