April is here, and with it, the start of Q2 2025 — a fresh quarter, a new chapter, and a moment to check in with the goals God gave us at the start of the year. Back in January, the Prophetic Goal-Setting Masterclass equipped us to anchor our year in faith, guided by the On Purpose Goal-Setting Workbook. We didn’t just set resolutions; we stepped into prophetic assignments rooted in God’s Word.
The promise was clear, drawn from Exodus 3:8: “a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey.” Now, one quarter in, we must ask: Are we still walking towards that Promised Land of abundance and purpose?
Milk and Honey Moments From Q1
The first quarter of 2025 gave many of us glimpses of God’s provision — our milk and honey moments. Whether it was an answered prayer, a new opportunity, or even a shift in perspective, each testimony reminded us that God’s promises are alive and active.
Like the Israelites who returned with fruit from Canaan (Numbers 13:23), these first fruits of Q1 show us the Promised Land is not just a vision but a reality we are entering step by step. Every win — no matter how small — is evidence of God’s faithfulness and a reminder that we are living in abundance in Christ.
Confronting the Giants of Q1
But let’s be real: the journey hasn’t been without resistance. Just as Israel faced giants before entering the land flowing with milk and honey, many of us have confronted obstacles in Q1 — fear, doubt, financial strain, or discouragement.
This is where the On Purpose Goal-Setting Workbook came alive. Using the G.I.A.N.T. framework, we learned how to:
Gather Awareness of the fears or barriers.
Identify Impacts they had on our calling and progress.
Action Plan faith-fuelled steps to move forward.
Nurture Courage with Scripture, prayer, and prophetic declarations.
Track Progress, celebrating every small victory along the way.
These biblical tools reminded us that our Christian goal setting is not about striving but about aligning with God’s promises. Every time we confront a giant, we’re one step closer to claiming our inheritance.
Q2: Walking Boldly Into the Promise
Now that we’ve entered Q2, it’s time to reset, refocus, and realign. This quarter isn’t about starting from scratch — it’s about building momentum. Here’s how to walk in your promise this season:
Revisit Your Prophetic Goals. What did God speak in January? Which ones need fresh fire? Reflection is key to staying aligned with your prophetic assignment.
Fuel Your Faith Daily. Anchor yourself in Scripture and prayer. Declarations like “The Lord is with us; do not be afraid” (Numbers 14:9) are powerful reminders that you are walking with God.
Take Bold Action. Christian goal setting is not passive. Break down one prophetic goal into a 90-day plan. By June, you’ll see fruit from your obedience.
Looking Forward
The journey into the Promised Land is not instant, but it is guaranteed. Q1 was preparation. Q2 is activation. God is still leading you into your personal land of milk and honey — a place of provision, purpose, and joy.
So as you step into this new quarter, remember: every giant faced, every small victory, and every faith-filled step forward is proof that God is at work. The same God who gave you vision in January is carrying you into fulfilment in 2025.
✨ Q2 Challenge: Open your On Purpose Goal-Setting Workbook and highlight one goal you will focus on in April–June. Write a practical step you will take this week. Trust God to multiply your obedience into fruit.
Your Q2 story has only just begun. Keep walking. Your land of milk and honey awaits.
