Daniel 11:32
One of my favourite scriptures is Daniel 11:32: “The people who know their God shall be strong and do exploits.” For me, that “strength” isn’t just about physical power — it’s about the kind of inner wellness that comes from being grounded in God: emotional stability, mental clarity, and spiritual resilience.
In 2019, I walked through a storm that tried to strip all of that away. My identity was attacked, and my voice — both physical and spiritual — felt silenced. I hit a point where I felt drained and empty. In that place, I ran to God, because I knew He was the only safe refuge.
What I thought was the end became a turning point. I encountered God in a way that restored my inner strength, brought clarity to my purpose, and helped me rebuild my identity. That’s when She Is Pretty Loud was born — out of brokenness, yes, but also out of the kind of strength that wellness in Him brings.
Now, our mission is clear: to equip women to rise unapologetically in their God-given purpose — cultivating voices and lives that refuse to be silenced by pressure, pace, or pain. We’re creating spaces where women can show up whole, without fear of judgment or shame, and walk boldly in all God has placed inside them.
Through our events, courses, and tools for transformation, we help women build the kind of strength that lasts — the strength of wellness rooted in God.
